ภาพความงดงามในพิธีวิวาห์ตามแบบฉบับไทย-อีสานของคู่รักขวัญใจมหาชนอย่าง ณเดชน์ คูกิมิยะ และ ญาญ่า-อุรัสยา เสปอร์บันด์ ไม่เพียงแต่สร้างความประทับใจด้วยบรรยากาศที่อบอุ่นเรียบง่าย แต่ยังเป็นพื้นที่สำคัญในการเชิดชู “ราชพัสตราอีสาน” ที่ทรงคุณค่าที่สุด โดยเฉพาะการได้ อาจารย์วีรธรรม ตระกูลเงินไทย ครูศิลป์ของแผ่นดินผู้เปี่ยมด้วยจิตวิญญาณงานช่างศิลป์ มาเป็นผู้ถ่ายทอดความงดงามผ่านโจทย์สำคัญอย่าง “ชุดพื้นเมืองอีสานสีแดง” ที่รังสรรค์ขึ้นจากสีแดงครั่งอันเป็นมงคล

เสน่ห์แห่งสีแดงครั่ง: มากกว่าสีสัน คือสัญลักษณ์แห่งความมั่งคั่ง

วิวาห์ครั้งนี้ถือเป็นการหยั่งรากลึกสู่ทางวัฒนธรรมอันรุ่มรวยจากบ้านเกิดของฝ่ายชาย ณ จังหวัดขอนแก่น ที่หลอมรวมเข้ากับสายสัมพันธ์แห่งนอร์เวย์ของฝ่ายหญิงได้อย่างลงตัว โดยหัวใจสำคัญคือเสน่ห์แห่งสีแดงครั่งที่อยู่บนชุดพื้นเมืองอีสาน ซึ่งเป็นมากกว่าเพียงสีสัน แต่คือสัญลักษณ์แห่งความมั่งคั่งที่ย้อมจากรังครั่งแท้ๆ

โดยอาจารย์วีรธรรมได้เลือกใช้สีแดงจากรังครั่งซึ่งในคติความเชื่อของชาวอีสานใต้ ครั่งมีความหมายที่ลึกซึ้งผ่านคำว่า “เลียะ” ที่สื่อถึงการออม การรักษา และการปกป้องทรัพย์สินให้ปลอดภัย เปรียบได้กับเคล็ดการใช้แม่กุญแจในพิธีมงคลของราชสำนักเพื่อให้ความมั่นคงอยู่คู่กับชีวิตคู่พูนทวี การสวมใส่ชุดย้อมครั่งจึงเป็นการถือเคล็ดตามโบราณเพื่อให้ชีวิตคู่เต็มไปด้วยความมั่นคงและทรัพย์สินพูนทวี

งานประณีตศิลป์ผ่านชุดวิวาห์

ในส่วนของงานประณีตศิลป์ ชุดของเจ้าสาวนั้นวิจิตรบรรจงด้วยการนุ่งซิ่นทอไหมคำลายล่องที่ให้สัมผัสระยิบระยับลุ่มลึก สวมเสื้อปั๊ดปักทองแล่งที่รับกับความอ่อนช้อยของสะพักผ้าแพรแดงยกดอกติดขลิบริมอย่างลงตัว ขณะที่ชุดของเจ้าบ่าวดูสง่างามเข้มแข็งด้วยการนุ่งโจงผ้าวาแดงเชิง สวมเสื้อในแขนยาวทับด้วยเสื้อเอวสั้นปัตหล่าที่ปักทองแล่งอย่างประณีต พร้อมเกี้ยวผ้ากรองสี ทุกองค์ประกอบคือการหลอมรวมทักษะชั้นสูงเข้ากับเอกลักษณ์ของอีสานได้อย่างไร้รอยต่อ

พรแห่งความบริบูรณ์

การนุ่งห่มด้วยชุดสีแดงครั่งในวันสำคัญนี้ จึงไม่ใช่เพียงการแต่งกายให้สวยงามสมฐานะ แต่คือการน้อมรับพรแห่งความบริบูรณ์ที่อาจารย์วีรธรรมตั้งใจส่งมอบผ่านผืนผ้า ทั้งความร่ำรวยด้วยทรัพย์สมบัติศฤงคาร ความรุ่มรวยด้วยมิตรภาพจากญาติมิตรและลูกหลานที่ดี ไปจนถึงความอุดมสมบูรณ์ของสุขภาพพลานามัย นี่คือความงดงามที่เกิดจากการร้อยเรียงศรัทธา วัฒนธรรม และฝีมือช่างศิลป์ชั้นครูเข้าด้วยกัน จนกลายเป็นภาพจำที่สะท้อนความรักและความภาคภูมิใจในรากเหง้าที่ทรงคุณค่าเหนือกาลเวลาอย่างแท้จริง

Inside Nadech & Yaya’s E-san Wedding Attire by Master Weeratham Taragoonngernthai

In a wedding ceremony that beautifully honored Thai-Isan traditions, Nadech Kugimiya and Urassaya Sperbund captured every gaze in their traditional attire of a profound auspicious red. Beyond a celebration of love, this union served as a meaningful homecoming for the groom, deeply rooted in the cultural heritage of Khon Kaen, while gracefully intertwining with the bride’s Norwegian lineage. These masterpieces were envisioned and meticulously crafted by Master Weeratham Taragoonngernthai, a National Treasure renowned for elevating Thai textile arts to the global stage.

The “Red Crimson” theme was a deliberate choice to reflect the couple’s identity through traditional Isan attire. The bride’s ensemble is a symphony of intricate details, featuring a traditional sarong woven with gold silk threads known as Mai Kum. She wore a side-wrapping blouse adorned with fine gold embroidery and a breast cloth of red silk brocade with exquisite gold-trimmed edges. The groom stood with equal elegance in Wadang-choeng (red patterned silk), paired with a short-waisted Pat-la jacket meticulously embroidered with gold thread. Both ensembles glowed with the power of Stick Lac Red, a rich crimson derived from natural resin according to ancient dyeing techniques.

The choice of Stick Lac Red carries a profound meaning that transcends aesthetics. In the Southern Isan dialect, the word for lac (Liak) translates to “hiding” or “saving,” symbolizing the safekeeping and protection of one’s wealth. This mirrors royal Thai traditions where keys are used in ceremonies to symbolize the preservation of assets. By donning garments dyed from lac, the couple is bestowed with a silent blessing: that their prosperity and abundance be securely guarded for generations to come.

Underneath the splendor of these garments, woven with the heart and devotion of a national master, these wedding ensembles are more than just attire. They are a vessel of well-wishes, symbolizing a life abundant in wealth, surrounded by loyal friends, and filled with lasting happiness as vibrant and enduring as the sacred crimson that graced their most special day.
